Drive automation initiatives as a Quality Engineering Lead s remote role focuses on enhancing test automation frameworks and leading a global QA team.
POMS is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineering Lead to transform manual testing into automation-driven quality assurance. The successful candidate will enhance the Playwright framework and CI/CD integration while leading a dedicated QA team. Your technical leadership will drive measurable outcomes and optimize test processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own test automation strategy and roadmap for Playwright
• Design scalable Playwright test suites using Type Script
• Organize testing suites for various testing types
• Partner with Development and Dev Ops on CI/CD automation
• Apply AI tools for test generation and defect identification
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in software quality assurance
• Expert in Playwright, Type Script, Java Script
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
