The work focuses on architectural workflows, live tools, and multi-turn interactions. Applicants need at least two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
Debug agent traces across complex system interactions
Stress test agents in live environments
Train systems to coordinate architectural workflows
Provide technical feedback on system behaviors
Requirements:
Two or more years in backend engineering, AI automation, or integration
Build production-grade software with modular service separation
Handle live, non-mocked, multi-turn system interactions
Provide clear, high-density technical feedback
Applicants must reside in an accepted country
