Key Responsibilities:
Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
Debug agent traces across multi-turn interactions
Stress test agents in real-world environments
Provide clear technical feedback on system behaviors
Requirements:
At least two years of relevant experience
Backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration experience
Production-grade software with modular service separation
Live, non-mocked multi-turn system experience
Experience identifying privacy leaks and prompt injections
Use backend engineering, agent debugging, and technical feedback skills to improve Open Claw systems through Outlier projects.
