Outlier seeks freelance Open Claw Agent Builders to help leading AI organizations train large language models as proactive, multi-step agents. You will work on architectural workflows, agent evaluation, and live system interactions. The work involves software development, AI automation, and complex systems integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
Debug traces from multi-step agent interactions
Stress test agents in real-world scenarios
Provide high-density technical feedback on system behavior
Requirements:
At least two years of relevant experience
Backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration experience
Production-grade software development with modular separation
Experience with live, non-mocked environments
Ability to analyze multi-turn system interactions
