Key Responsibilities:
Design evaluation rubrics for agent performance
Debug traces from multi-step agent workflows
Stress test autonomous agents under complex conditions
Evaluate coordination and architectural system behavior
Requirements:
Two or more years in backend engineering, AI automation, or integration
Maintain modular, production-grade software architectures
Handle live tools, multi-turn interactions, and non-mocked environments
Deliver clear, high-density feedback on complex behaviors
Use persistent state and session discovery with MEMORY.md
