As part of your role, you will handle trailer spotting, conduct inspections, and support smooth freight-flow through effective communication with dispatch and staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Safely conduct shunting duties and swaps
• Ensure trailers are accurately placed for dispatch
• Perform inspections of equipment pre- and post-trip
• Communicate effectively with operations teams
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned equipment
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 license with a clean record
• Proven manual truck operation experience
• 2 years of tractor-trailer or related experience
• Solid understanding of yard management practices
• Ability to work independently in a busy terminal
