Overview
We are currently looking for a Shipper/Receiver for a Summer Contract position for Full time hours, Monday to Friday day shift, June to September!
Responsibilities- Pick customer orders indicated on pick tickets. Wraps pallets and loads trucks for in-town deliveries.
- Wraps and labels pallets for out-of-town deliveries and pick-ups
- Ensure products are designated to their proper bin locations.
- Assist with cycle and physical inventories counts.
- Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ability to read, interpret and understand order information.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a quick paced environment.
- Understanding the importance of meeting customer demands.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Forklift certification and WHMIS training would be beneficial, but not necessary.
- Must have vehicle to drive to location (not on bus route)
