Warehouse Worker-Summer

Overview

We are currently looking for a Shipper/Receiver for a Summer Contract position for Full time hours, Monday to Friday day shift, June to September!

• Pick customer orders indicated on pick tickets. Wraps pallets and loads trucks for in-town deliveries.
• Wraps and labels pallets for out-of-town deliveries and pick-ups
• Ensure products are designated to their proper bin locations.
• Assist with cycle and physical inventories counts.
• Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documents.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Ability to read, interpret and understand order information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a quick paced environment.
• Understanding the importance of meeting customer demands.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Forklift certification and WHMIS training would be beneficial, but not necessary.
• Must have vehicle to drive to location (not on bus route)
