Class 1 Long Haul Driver

Drive for a purpose in this full-time Long Haul Driver role based in Moncton, NB. Safely transport medical waste internationally while adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.

This position requires a valid Class 1 Driver's License and a minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience. You'll carry out 2-3 trips per week, involving overnight stays in the tractor sleeper cab. Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate logs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and responding to safety concerns during each journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 1 vehicle for medical waste transport

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections thoroughly

• Maintain accurate electronic driver logbooks (HOS)

• Verify packaging accuracy and compliance of materials

• Communicate trip status effectively with dispatch

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (AZ) Driver's License

• 2+ years of commercial driving experience

• Clean driver's abstract with a strong safety record

• Knowledge of TDG regulations preferred

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
