Position: Aviation Dispatcher at MFC Training
Become the Aviation Dispatcher for MFC Training in Moncton, NB, overseeing flight activities to ensure safety and compliance. Maximize aircraft utilization daily.

As the Aviation Dispatcher, you will lead operational activities, develop Dispatch/Ramp SOPs, and manage training programs for staff.

Your role will require collaboration with various departments to ensure operational continuity while adhering to safety protocols. You will also supervise performance and training of dispatch and ramp teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily flight and ramp operations for safety

• Develop and manage Dispatch/Ramp SOPs and training

• Facilitate operational meetings and contribute to safety committees

• Schedule shifts and manage performance of dispatch personnel

• Supervise the aviation fuelling system and necessary inspections

Requirements:

• Experience in aviation operations essential

• Restricted Radio Operator Certificate is an asset

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Organizational skills for managing tasks and deadlines

• Security clearance eligibility required
