Chez Starlink Aviation, ce poste soutient la clientèle établie et nouvelle dans l’organisation de vols charters. Vous répondez aux demandes, coordonnez la logistique et veillez à une expérience satisfaisante. L’aviation, les voyages, le service client et les opérations charter structurent vos activités quotidiennes.
Responsabilités principales :
Comprendre les besoins de voyage par téléphone, courriel et en personne
Coordonner horaires, aéronefs, assistance au sol et traiteur
Vérifier permis, licences et documents requis pour chaque vol
Entretenir les relations avec clients, courtiers et exploitants
Résoudre proactivement les problèmes avant, pendant et après les vols
Exigences :
Deux à trois ans d’expérience en aviation, voyages ou service client
Excellentes compétences communicationnelles et interpersonnelles
Communication verbale et écrite solide en français et anglais
Connaissance des réglementations aéronautiques et opérations charter
Flexibilité face aux horaires irréguliers et changements de dernière minute
Utilisez votre bilinguisme, votre organisation et votre expertise charter pour offrir un service exceptionnel aux clients de Starlink Aviation.
