Warehouse and Pack Operator; On-Call

Role Impact:

As an On-Call Warehouse Pick and Pack Operator at Fable, you will join our team during high-demand periods to support our fulfillment operations. Your flexibility, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence will ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. Key Responsibilities:

- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care

- Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse organization

- Follow 5S principles to ensure a clean and efficient workspace

- Identify and support improvements in fulfillment and warehouse operations

- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and walkies (certification is a plus)

- Work flexible shifts based on business needs, including evenings or weekends

Qualifications:

- Warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Understanding of continuous improvement and workplace organization (5S)

- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet

- Forklift and walkie certification is a strong asset

- Ability to work varying shifts on short notice

- Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic environment
