Office Manager – Southern Suburbs, Pittsburgh, PA
We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and coordinate payroll processing in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
Compensation & Benefits- $55,000–$60,000 annual salary

- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations
- Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain organized records, files, and reports
- Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and correspondence
- Support leadership with administrative and operational needs
- 3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
- Experience with payroll processing preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
