Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full‑Time Office Administrator to join our team in Monessen, PA.

• Prepares billing for Accounts Receivable, reviewing pricing and appropriate coding on invoices, monitoring internal controls.
• Maintain Accounts Payable and Purchase Order balances.
• Operate a computer workstation to input, update and retrieve data as it is relative to position assigned.
• Coordinate maintenance and inventory of office equipment/supplies.
• File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
• Assists in the performance of month‑end close process as needed.
• Prepare and maintain reports and schedules integral to the key areas of the operation.
• Works with customers and vendors to resolve issues.
• Answer the telephone and/or greet customers, vendors and other visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Performs special projects as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
