  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • Practice Partner EMR
• Valid Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with

• A Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college is required
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Schedule and Shift Details Schedule (Including any on-call/weekends)

• Monday through Friday
• 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Full-Time
• 1 weekend/month
• 2 holidays/year

Travel

• Local travel to residential homes
