Lifesteps is hiring Full-Time Direct Care Professionals for the Monessen and Monongahela areas.

Full‑time positions work evenings (3 pm‑11 pm). Lifesteps is a non‑profit human services organization that has served Western Pennsylvania for nearly 100 years. The Agency provides programs and services to help those with special needs live to their fullest potential.

Direct Care Professionals (Caregivers) assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care.

• Cooking and serving meals
• Cleaning the house
• Shopping for groceries and supplies
• Personal care assistance like grooming or bathing
• Medication administration
• Community outings and fun activities

Lifesteps offers steady, full‑time hours! Available shifts: evenings 3 pm‑11 pm OR overnight 11 pm‑7 am. Part‑time hours are also available with flexible scheduling to fit your needs. No experience necessary! Paid training is provided. Experienced home health aides, nurses aides, support assistants, and direct care aides are welcome.

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required
