Overview
Join Jack Henry as an Application Support Analyst – CPS Install
. In this hybrid role you’ll work with community banks and credit unions to install, train, and support our core CPS products across Springfield, MO and Monett, MO.
- Analyze customers’ existing products/processes and consult to map the system to the Jack Henry product.
- Prepare customers for installation, guide them through the installation process, and provide training or support post‑installation.
- Oversee or perform system set‑up for customers (parameter set‑up).
- Provide software support/guidance by answering questions on function, features, and usage of software products, remotely or at the customer site.
- Communicate customers’ needs/expectations with programmers, team members, and the team leader.
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout entire projects or cases.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 18 months experience in a financial institution, applications analysis, or software implementation.
- Ability to travel 10%.
- Experience working independently on non‑complex projects and on moderately complex projects under supervision or technical assistance.
- General knowledge in financial/credit union or related industry, Jack Henry products or equivalent competitors, and application functions.
- Computer skills with knowledge of applications including Microsoft Office Suite and general information systems knowledge.
- Business operations and procedures knowledge, including concepts and structures.
This is a hybrid role in Springfield, MO or Monett, MO. All locations may require an onsite interview or in‑person onboarding to verify identity.
