• 1st Shift Fabrication & Assembly - Cassville, MO
• 1st and 2nd Shift Shipping - Monett, MO
• 1st Shift Class E Driver - Monett, MO

Win Tech also offers part-time positions at the same pay scale as full-time with a vacation schedule. Consider Win Tech while you are in school or if a full-time position would not work for your current needs.

• Follow all written and verbal instructions
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet due dates and output goals
• Cut, fabricate and assemble materials as required
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required
• Be able to stand & walk during assigned shift hours
• Perform physical tasks that are repetitive and lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met
• Work overtime when requested, which could include Fridays and Saturdays
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality

• Starting hourly wage is $16.45 with an additional $2.00 for 2nd shift
• Full-Time Win Tech employees may receive an increase at 3 months if meeting performance expectations. Additional reviews may occur at 9, 15, & 24-month seniority levels
• Holidays are paid to full-time employees on New Year s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
• Vacation is calculated on a calendar year schedule based upon hire date with hours available for those hired before September 1 of the current year

• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability are available to full-time employees on the first of the month following 60 days of employment
• Win Tech offers an employer-paid $10,000 Life Insurance benefit
• Win Tech offers a 401k Plan with an employer match of 50% up to the 1st 5%. Benefits also include participation in an ESOP plan (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). Eligibility in both plans will begin January 1st and July 1st following the date of having one year of service and an 18-year age requirement
