What you’ll doOwn the setup and operation of CNC equipment to manufacture parts to spec.

Decode blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan and execute each run.

Monitor machines in‑process; adjust offsets, tooling, and parameters to hold tolerance.

Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment reliable.

Keep your area organized and compliant with safety procedures.

Partner with teammates to drive process improvements and boost throughput.

Capture production data and escalate issues to supervisors with clear documentation.

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification preferred.

Hands‑on experience as a CNC machinist or similar position.

Proficiency reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Solid knowledge of CNC machinery and programming fundamentals.

Detail‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Effective communication and an unwavering focus on safety.
