Job Objective

This is an entry level job at store level. The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Liquor Manager in providing good quality products to our customers in a clean, friendly environment.

Position:
Liquor Assistant Reports Directly To

Liquor Department Manager

Major Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service.

Greet and thank every customer you interact with.

Assist the Liquor Manager in completing daily duties.

Comply with all company standards and policies.

Assist in receiving trucks and organizing stock.

Follow all safety guidelines and report any safety issues.

Rotate stock to ensure freshness.

Use markdown coupons to reduce close-dated products.

Properly use merchandising areas to promote sales.

Follow dress code and wear a name tag.

Physical and Functional Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand, move about, and handle materials safely. Ability to work on slippery floors and use sharp tools is required.
