Position:
Bakery Deli Manager, Full Time – Mid-Level Store.

• Providing exceptional service and sharing expertise in bakery and deli goods.
• Maintaining cleanliness and signage in the Bakery Deli Department.
• Managing inventory, salad and hot case, and working with the Pricing Coordinator to ensure correct pricing.
• Scheduling staff, managing orders, sales, labor, and vendor credits.

• Training staff in safe food handling and team development.
• Following safety guidelines and reporting safety issues.
• Adhering to department policies, including dress code and training requirements.
• Maintaining communication and staying updated on training and knowledge in the field.

Must be able to lift 60 lbs, exert force, and handle materials. Ability to stand, move, and use sharp instruments safely is required.
