Maintenance Technician

This role is a multi-craft industrial maintenance position in a manufacturing and production environment. You perform both mechanical and electrical repairs to minimize equipment downtime, carry out reactive and preventive maintenance, and use a variety of hand and power tools while strictly following all safety protocols and precautions related to maintenance activities.

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
• Conduct both reactive and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
• Follow all established safety protocols and precautions for maintenance work in a manufacturing and production environment.
• Inspect equipment regularly to detect wear, potential failures, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status and repair needs to relevant team members.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by recommending maintenance-related process and equipment enhancements.

• Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including both preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to work with hydraulic systems and perform maintenance and repairs on related components.
• Ability to work with pneumatic systems and perform maintenance and repairs on related components.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Understanding of and adherence to safety protocols and procedures in a production facility.

• Any education related to the maintenance industry is a plus.
• Any certifications related to the maintenance industry are a bonus.
• Experience working in a climate-controlled manufacturing or production facility is beneficial.
• Familiarity with non-union industrial work environments is advantageous.

You work in a climate-controlled manufacturing and production facility that is non-union and operates a night shift schedule from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The environment is designed for comfort and consistency, supporting safe maintenance work on industrial equipment throughout the shift.

This is a Permanent position based out of Monett, MO.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $66560.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
