We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part Time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team in Monmouth, IL. The ideal candidate will be patient focused and community minded, committed to providing high-quality care to our diverse patient population.

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a clinical setting.
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in community outreach and health promotion activities.

• Current and valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Illinois.
• Strong patient-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Community minded with a passion for serving diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in primary care or related fields preferred.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours to meet the needs of the community and practice.
