Merchandising Sales Associate

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance and working varied shifts.
• Communicating proactively with your supervisor.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Performing store measurements, cycle counts, and signage hanging.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Add Value.
• Ensuring a positive shopping experience and providing peak coverage as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills: Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge; strong communication and problem-solving skills; basic computer skills; ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict; self-directed with minimal assistance.

Working Conditions: Mostly indoor with moderate noise, varying shifts, travel required using personal vehicle, and adherence to safety guidelines. Environment includes hard surfaces, outdoor lots, and store areas.

Physical Requirements: Ability to travel, lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds, operate store equipment, and perform physical tasks like standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing. Must have the stamina to move throughout the store and outdoor areas safely.
