Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
Gibraltar Nursing Home in Monmouth is a home with a strong sense of community. The home has four floors and supports 96 residents (who we fondly call family members), and includes a close care village of 36 houses and apartments for people wanting independent living.
About the roleWe are looking for a proactive and tenacious person who can deliver outstanding customer service.
HoursAverage 14.5-hour position. Schedule follows a rolling two‑week pattern and specific working times can be discussed during the interview:
- Week 1:
Saturday, Sunday and Thursday - Week 2:
Monday and Tuesday
- Welcoming visitors
- Answering a busy reception phone system in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing inbox
- Post management
- Keeping database up to date
- Liaising with relatives – being their first point of contact
- Liaising with suppliers
- Events and training day organising
- Stock taking
- Other administration duties as required by the Home Manager
- Warm friendly, professional customer service skills
- Clear and confident phone manner
- Good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills
