We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a reputable school in Rhymney, Tredegar. This full-time, long-term role offers an excellent opportunity to work within the Foundation Phase, providing valuable classroom support and fostering an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general classroom assistance to support teachers and pupils

* Work effectively in partnership with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons

* Support the development of a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom

* Assist with the supervision and encouragement of students during lessons and activities

* Help manage classroom resources and maintain a safe learning environment

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is preferred

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A caring and proactive attitude towards student development

* Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are advantageous
