The graduate trainee archivist will assist staff in key areas of Monmouth Museum which relate to Archives service whilst learning core professional skills.
This post is designed to provide an opportunity to work in an archive environment, particularly on collections work.
It has been designed to provide pre entry experience for someone looking for a future career in archives and intending to apply for a postgraduate qualification in archives in the near future.
It is a partnership project with Gwent Archives.
