The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Business Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team. This key role will support the Headteacher in ensuring the effective strategic and operational management of the school.
The successful candidate will lead on budgeting and financial management, ensuring compliance with all legal and governance requirements while maintaining a sustainable financial position. They will also oversee all support staff functions, including catering, cleaning, administrative and site teams, ensuring high‑quality service and value for money.
In addition, the postholder will be responsible for ensuring the school site is safe, well‑maintained and provides a welcoming environment that supports the delivery of a 21st‑century curriculum. The role also includes leading on effective communication and promotion of the school, ensuring positive engagement with stakeholders and the wider community within relevant legal frameworks.
We are looking for a highly proactive, motivated and organised professional with strong financial, leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to supporting a high‑quality learning environment.
Interviews will be held week commencing 13 th July.
