Salary: £85 - £95 per day
We are seeking an experienced SRB Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs. The role involves working collaboratively with staff to deliver engaging learning experiences, promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour, and providing personal care such as changing nappies.
Key Responsibilities- Support pupils with ASD and complex needs.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver learning experiences.
- Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Provide personal care, including changing nappies.
- Experience supporting children with ASD and complex needs.
- Previous experience within a specialist resource base or SEND setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider staff team.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach.
- Genuine passion for supporting children with additional learning needs.
The position is full‑time and long‑term, based at a warm and welcoming school that values inclusion and collaboration.
