Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + Benefits

We are working with a prestigious luxury hotel in South Wales seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to join their award-winning kitchen. This is a unique opportunity for a Chef to work in a high-standard, busy environment delivering exceptional cuisine across restaurant and banqueting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order, check, and store food items efficiently from suppliers and dry stores
Liaise with restaurant and banqueting teams to ensure seamless service
Mentor, and develop a team of 5+ kitchen staff
Manage resources effectively, reducing waste and controlling costs
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and quality, engaging with guests for feedback

Requirements:

Experience in a 4/5-star hotel or large reputable restaurant with AA Rosette experience
Strong knowledge of menu costing, menu planning, HACCP
Proven team management skills
