The Role As Store Manager , you'll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales, profitability and operational excellence. Previous experience as a Store Manager , Retail Manager, Branch Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion retail or a customer-focused retail environment A proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving KPIs Strong leadership and people development skills A hands-on management style with the ability to lead from the shop floor Excellent communication and organisational skills A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-performing teams Why Join?
