Community Care Live is looking for a qualified Social Worker to join the Monnow Vale Social Work Team in Monmouthshire. This is a full-time locum position with an hourly rate of £37.34, initially for 3 months. Responsibilities include adult social care assessments, care management, and working with various agencies.
Candidates must have a relevant Social Work qualification, experience in the field, and registration with Social Care Wales or Social Work England. The role requires a proactive approach in managing a busy caseload.
