Care Tech Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Ross on Wye to join our team. You will support children and young people in a residential setting, following a multi-disciplinary approach and clear measurable outcomes.
We provide specialist training in areas such as early trauma, CSE, HSB, and children’s rights. A full driving licence is essential; shift pattern is 2 on 4 off, including sleep nights.
