Role OverviewSeasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist – focus on wowing clients now and in the future. You will answer phones, greet clients, match them with the appropriate tax professional, schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, and maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or at multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients per their preferences.
- Ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
