Achieve Abilities LLC is seeking a Direct Support Specialist
- Life Skills Coach to join our team in Monona, WI, serving individuals throughout Madison, Verona, Sun Prairie, and Middleton. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time opportunities and are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who want to make a positive difference every day.
PAY
: $18.00-$20.50 per hour

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DIRECT SUPPORT SPECIALIST - LIFE SKILLS COACHThis position offers full-time hours, typically 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and part-time options of 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, or 2-3 full days per week.
As our full-time or part-time Direct Support Specialist
- Life Skills Coach, you'll help individuals work toward greater independence by supporting them with daily routines, personal goals, and job skills development. You'll encourage positive behaviors, assist in implementing behavior strategies, participate in meaningful community activities, and help individuals build confidence and life skills. You'll also work closely with team members to support progress, address challenges, and create opportunities for growth and success.
