Minimum qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Ability to work independently and provide dependable support during assigned shifts
• Strong communication and customer service skills

This is a part-time evening position with the following available shifts:

• Sunday: 4:30 PM–9:30 PM
• Monday: 4:30 PM–9:30 PM
• Tuesday: 4:30 PM–9:30 PM
• Wednesday: 4:30 PM–9:30 PM

One employee may cover all four shifts, or the schedule may be divided among multiple team members based on availability.

As a Part-Time Skills Coach - DSP, you’ll provide hands‑on workplace support to help a client successfully complete assigned responsibilities and build greater confidence and independence.

During each shift, you’ll assist the client with loading merchandise onto a cart, placing products on shelves, front‑facing and organizing merchandise, and providing customer service. You’ll offer clear direction, encouragement, and practical support while helping the client complete tasks safely and successfully.

You’ll also communicate with the Achieve Abilities team as needed, recognize progress, and help identify solutions when challenges arise. Every shift offers an opportunity to support meaningful employment and help someone strengthen valuable workplace skills.

Must have the ability to pass a background check.
