Director of Data Analytics
Monroe, Connecticut – Full Time, Hybrid position.
A global sports nutrition and nutraceuticals company specializing in performance supplements for athletes and fitness consumers is hiring a Director of Data Analytics to lead analytics strategy across marketing and enterprise systems.
Benefits- Salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 per year.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Three to six years of experience in marketing analytics or digital data science.
- Proficiency in Python or R and SQL for data modeling and extraction.
- Experience with BI tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Hands on experience with Net Suite reporting and Suite Analytics.
- Lead analytics strategy across social media, digital marketing, and Net Suite.
- Build predictive models for segmentation, lifetime value, and campaign performance.
- Develop dashboards and automated reports for performance insights.
- Oversee data governance and integration across CRM, ERP, and marketing systems.
- Deliver clear insights and recommendations to marketing and executive teams.
