HVAC Apprentice​/Helper

Overview

Sippin Energy is hiring HVAC apprentices. We encourage applicants who have completed some or all of their HVAC education at an accredited school. We will also work with apprentices who have not attended school and provide some financial assistance if needed. Our work includes residential oil heat, air conditioning, and oil tank work. Installations range from hydro-air to warm air systems, as well as hot water heaters, steam, radiant, etc.

Our service fleet is state of the art and we provide the best equipment and safety gear.

• Assist with installation, service, and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential settings, including oil heat and air conditioning.
• Participate in installations ranging from hydro-air to warm air systems, hot water heaters, steam, and radiant heating.
• Work with safety gear and up-to-date equipment as part of a professional service team.

• Current or prospective HVAC apprentice; completion of HVAC coursework at an accredited school is encouraged.
• Ability to learn and perform installations and service tasks with guidance.
• Willingness to receive financial assistance if needed and participate in training opportunities.
