JumpBunch - Preschool Multi-Sport and Fitness Coach

Are you passionate about sports and helping toddlers and preschoolers stay active? Join our team at Amazing Athletes Jump Bunch of Southern CT as a multi-sport coach for toddlers and preschoolers. As a Jump Bunch coach, you will travel to different daycares and preschools, instructing pre-planned sports curriculum to young children. You will teach these fun and engaging programs to encourage healthy habits and build confidence in young athletes while ensuring they have a great time.

We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working candidates that enjoy working with children at this vital point in their development.

• Deliver high-energy classes focused on physical skill development through engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Travel to daycares and preschools to conduct sessions using pre-planned curriculum.
• Promote healthy habits and support confidence-building in young athletes.
• Engage with children, parents, and school staff to ensure a positive learning environment.

• Weekday morning availability. Classes tend to run mainly between 9AM and 12PM; afternoon shifts may be available, but the majority of hours are in the 9AM–12PM window.
• Prior experience working with children is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and connect with kids, school directors, and staff.
• Must have access to a personal transportation vehicle. Coaches will transport equipment to facilities (equipment provided after full training).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a clean criminal background check.
• Coaching experience is not required but highly recommended; any sports background is also highly recommended.

• Pay:
  Starting training pay at $17.00 per hour with an increase once you become a lead coach.
• Part-time employment status.
• Staff is entitled to at least 1.5 hours minimum of pay each time they work.
