• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Work with vendors, requisitions, and purchasers to resolve payment issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Perform other clerical or administrative functions as needed.

• 2 years of experience with data entry in Accounts Payable or related area.
• 1 year experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Must be able to work onsite.

• Obtained or pursuing a degree in a finance related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft D365.
