Human Resources Generalist responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, employment law compliance, affirmative action, safety policy leadership, and overall HR activities.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate’s degree or higher, or one year of HR related experience with supervisor approval.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment.
- SHRM or other professional certification.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish.
