Job Opportunity – Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) RN – Georgia

Start Date: February 2, 2026
Location: Monroe, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 2:1 patient ratio; every third weekend required; call once weekly as needed; floating within scope of practice as needed

Highlights:

• Full-scope LDRP care for laboring patients from 35 weeks, postpartum, and newborn care
• 13-week travel assignment with comprehensive orientation and onboarding support
• Epic charting system in use facility-wide
• 7-bed unit with daily census of approximately 6 patients
• Interdisciplinary team support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response, and more
• First-time travelers welcome with appropriate experience

Requirements:

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submittal
• Minimum 3 years of LDRP or Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN (Intermediate or Advanced)
• Epic charting experience required
• 2:1 patient ratio experience preferred
• Community hospital and trauma center experience preferred
• Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly preferred
• Full compliance required prior to start date to avoid delay in orientation schedule
