Join a fast-paced Med-Surg team providing comprehensive care to adult patients with diverse medical conditions, including orthopedic, surgical, cardiac, and complex cases.
Responsibilities Include- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using nursing processes
- Maintaining standards of practice and ensuring quality care
- Coordinating patient care activities among staff
- Performing bedside procedures, wound care, IV starts, managing NGTs and chest tubes, administering blood transfusions, and caring for post-op and specialized patients
- Floating across hospital departments to support team needs
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program;
Bachelor's degree preferred - No experience required; new graduates eligible
- RN license in Georgia or multistate licensure required
- Current BCLS certification required
- Preferred: hospital experience and advanced certifications in specialty areas
