Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Monroe, GA | Acute Care

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for laboring patients from 35 weeks gestation through delivery
• Deliver postpartum care and newborn care within an LDRP setting
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
• Adhere to holiday work expectations per assignment policy; travelers are expected to work major holidays that fall within their assignment period
• Maintain full compliance with onboarding requirements to ensure an on-time start

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of Labor and Delivery / LDRP experience
• All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission — no RTO or schedule requests will be accommodated post-offer or onsite, including during orientation week; maximum RTO is 7 days per contract
• All compliance documents must be submitted by the Tuesday prior to the start date; core onboarding items must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

• Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers are accepted
• Familiarity with LDRP unit workflows, including combined labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments within facility and scope of practice

• No on-call requirements, offering a more predictable night shift schedule
