Restaurant Shift Leader

Are you a natural born leader with restaurant experience, but you’re looking for a fun, flexible job where you can learn, develop leadership skills, and make great money? If so, your dream job is right here with our growing Papa John’s franchise family! We offer:

• Flexible but plentiful hours -- work a little or a lot!
• Excellent pay with opportunity to quickly advance into upper management.
• If you work the register, bring home your tips daily.
• Enjoy big employee discounts on food.
• Earn bonuses for referring other employees.
• Pick up shifts at multiple locations (we own 12!) to earn more.

Best of all, you get to join a group of team members that celebrate their successes and lift one another up.

As a Shift Leader, you will set the tone and lead the whole crew and be responsible for everything during the shift including managing product quality, customer relations, driver dispatch, inventory control, store profitability, and more. This is a great way to acquire skills you’ll need in life or to become a Restaurant General Manager. If you have a passion for quality, a mind for business, and treat others with dignity and respect, you'll fit right in.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
