work alongside the Assistant Manager and General Manager to lead daily

operations, coach team members, and create an outstanding guest experience.

You'll gain valuable leadership experience while preparing for future

management opportunities.

• $15–$18 per hour, based on experience
• Earn up to an additional $650 every month
• through our performance-based bonus program for top-performing restaurant
• locations (up to $7,800 annually)

As a Shift Leader, you'll partner with the management team

to help lead all aspects of restaurant operations while ensuring every guest

receives exceptional food and service.

• Lead shifts while supporting the Assistant
• Manager and General Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and develop Team Members.
• Help train and onboard new employees.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve
• guest concerns.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational
• excellence.
• Monitor labor, food quality, and speed of
• service during your shift.
• Assist with inventory, prep levels, and shift
• readiness.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure
• company standards are followed.
• Lead by example while creating a positive,
• motivating, and accountable work environment.
• Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and
• overall restaurant performance.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous restaurant experience required;
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for developing people and building
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving
