Pharmacy Customer Service Associate

Salary range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr.

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on the assigned cash register, provide courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy, including entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Recommend items for sale, recommend trade‑ups, and manage inventory including rebates and returns.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Process and resubmit manual claims for third‑party prescription services.
• Handle telephone calls that do not require pharmacist attention.

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated program.
• Attend trainings and complete required corporate PPLs, maintaining continuing education credits.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Strong math skills for accurate prescription processing.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification.
