A duel role of doing some dispatching and accounting work.

Recruiting a motivated and proactive professional to fill an invoicing and accounts receivable analyst role in Monroe, Louisiana.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to document project activity and accurately prepare customer invoicing.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand and correct prior billing deficiencies to expedite customer acceptance and payment of invoices.
* Assist with vendor & customer analysis.
* Month-end / quarter-end close and reporting.
* Keep accurate and organized paper and electronic records.
* Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
* Degree in accounting/finance/business preferred.
* Relevant project tracking/receivables accounting experience preferred.
* Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High degree of integrity and attention to detail.
* Team player with results-oriented focus and commitment to meeting deadlines.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus.
