Audit Senior

Our client is a well-established, mid-sized CPA firm in Monroe Township, NJ with a strong niche serving condominium associations, HOAs, and community ownership groups. They're growing and looking to add an Audit Senior to the team as soon as possible.

• Plan, run, and lead audit and review engagements from start to finish
• Supervise and train staff and associates on engagements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, including board members and property managers
• Prepare and review work papers, financial statements, and supplementary information
• Identify issues early and work with partners to resolve them
• Help improve processes and efficiency across engagements

• 2 to 7+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or actively pursuing the CPA
• Experience with condo associations or HOAs is a plus, but not required. Candidates with any client-type background are encouraged to apply.
• Someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a team that has each other's backs

• $100K - $130K base salary, depending on experience
