The Quality Document Coordinator (Administrative Assistant – Quality) provides administrative and documentation support to the Quality Unit to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare, format, route, and file controlled quality documents (SOPs, forms, logs).
- Maintain document control logs, revision histories, and distribution records.
- Support batch record compilation, review readiness, and archival.
- Maintain employee training records and training matrices.
- Provide administrative support for CAPA, deviations, complaints, and change controls.
- Assist with internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years administrative experience; regulated environment preferred; not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Typing speed of 45-65 WPM with a high level of accuracy is preferred.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for this role. Candidates must have dependable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all scheduled work hours.
