Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to potential clients to generate leads and identify decision-makers.
• Follow up with client organizations to maintain communication and build relationships.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal support teams, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Develop insights and strategies to identify new prospects and enhance client engagement.
• Assist with onboarding and training processes for new hires to effectively integrate them into the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
• Strong organizational and networking abilities, including experience with cold-calling and drop-ins.
• Proficient in using online resources for information gathering and lead generation.
• Experience in business development and coordinating sponsorship events is a plus.
